Booking Terms & Conditions
All exhibitor bookings must be submitted in writing to the organizer’s official address or completed through the online registration form.
The organizer retains full discretion regarding the acceptance of exhibiting companies, assignment of exhibition spaces, stand pricing, product display approvals, and booth locations.
All agreements, including participation confirmation, must be formally acknowledged in writing by the organizer.
To confirm and secure participation, a 70% deposit of the total exhibition fee must be paid within five (5) days of the booking date. Final payment terms and instructions will be outlined in the invoice.
